Two new recommended mental health and emotional fitness apps from Wellbeing Services
Wellbeing Services, the School's mental heath and wellbeing provider is piloting two apps to support mental health and emotional fitness.
Fika draws on sports and positive psychology, CBT, ACT and solution-focussed therapy to encourage proactive emotional fitness, via short reflection, journaling and coaching activities. Fika is available for all staff and students.
TalkCampus is a peer-to-peer student mental health network, which provides 24/7 support via an exclusive global student community.
