Losing weight and keeping healthy is a real challenge that can take months of dedication, yet many of the most common diet tricks people use are actually hindering their weight loss efforts. London Business School has invited Rhiannon Lambert to run a session on the mistakes we all make when we try to lose weight or improve our diets.

Rhiannon Lambert is a leading Harley Street nutritionist specialising in weight management, eating disorders and sports nutrition. As an avid foodie and prolific recipe developer, Rhiannon has experimented with colourful ingredients alongside the Masterchef team and created menus at some of London’s most celebrated healthy eateries. With food and fitness working hand in hand to keep us in peak condition, Rhiannon’s clients include Olympic athletes and professional footballers where she regularly witnesses first-hand the dramatic impact healthy eating can have on performance at the highest level. Additionally, her experience working alongside cardiologists and general practitioners at NHS hospitals has seen her demonstrate the influence nutrition has in metabolic syndrome and recovery.

Registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN), Rhiannon obtained a bachelor (BSc) degree in Nutrition and Health and a masters (MSc) degree in Obesity, Risks and Prevention. She is also a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity having obtained a British Psychological Society (BPS) approved Diploma from The National Centre for Eating Disorders.

The session will consist of a 20-minute presentation followed by a 25-minute Q&A, where you will get the chance to ask anything you would like to know on the subject and about nutrition in general.
