Restricted access to main campus for Congregation from Monday 8 July
As the School prepares for its annual Congregation garden parties on the afternoons of Thursday 11 and Friday 12 July, please be aware of campus restrictions either side of this to allow for assembly and dismantling of marquee structures.
On each day up to 2,000 students and their families will return from the main event at the Royal Festival Hall to celebrate on campus.
In preparation for this, contractors will be installing a number of temporary marquee structures on the Front Lawn, with build and dismantle dates as follows:
- Build dates: Monday 8 July until Wednesday 10 July
- Dismantle dates: Monday 15 July until Tuesday 16 July
As a result, certain areas of the Front Lawn will have restricted access and safety barriers will be in place. If you have any questions about access or maintenance during this time please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
