New Year, new Fitness and Wellbeing Centre

After a major refurbishment, our new Fitness and Wellbeing Centre officially opens this month. With 25 classes for the price of 20 – that’s five free classes – now is the time to put those New Year’s resolutions into action. 

A great range of fitness classes

Check out our range of classes and boost your fitness in 2018. We now have two dedicated fitness studios providing an exciting variety of group specialist classes in a full weekly programme. The activities we offer suit all fitness levels.

Classes include:

  • Insanity cardio-conditioning
  • Pilates
  • Spin and virtual spin
  • Muay Thai (Thai boxing)
  • Bootcamp.

To make sure you stay motivated, we make it interesting by changing the timetable regularly throughout the year. Find a class you will love – check out our new timetable

Get five gym classes free

The cost varies for specialist classes and courses.

Normally our rates for group classes are:

  • £3.50 for 30 minutes
  • £4.50 for 45 minutes
  • £5.50 for 60 minutes
  • £30 for 10 classes
  • £55 for 20 classes.

However, pay a visit to the Fitness and Wellbeing Centre this month to receive 25 classes for £55.

That’s five extra classes for free!

This offer is open to existing and new members only during January 2018 – so visit us or book your classes online today.

As a special introduction, we are offering some FREE classes, only available from 15-19 January.

Coach by Colour at 12.30 – Monday

HulaFit at 11.30 and P90x at 12.30 - Wednesday

Slide & Glide at 11.30 - Thursday

Boot Camp at 12.30 - Friday

If you’ve completed your induction and have your Nuffield Health ID card number, you can book your classes online  on the Nuffield Health web portal.
