Sign up for a day full of free mindfulness activities to encourage you to make resolutions to be more mindful during 2020:

  • Yoga classes, stress regulating meditation sessions, panel discussion on benefits and different ways of applying mindfulness.
  • A talk by Michael Chaskalson, CEO of Mindfulness Works, who will show us how mindfulness improves our resilience, collaboration and ability to stay agile and lead in complex conditions.
  • Staffed booth in SOC lobby with a 'resolution wall'.
