2 November - National Stress Awareness Day

The International Stress Management Association (ISMA) is marking National Stress Awareness Day with a survey that is open to all.

National Stress Awareness Day is taking place on 2 November and, in preparation, the ISMA has designed a short survey about stress-related issues in the workplace. Their aim is to draw attention to stress-related issues and help improve workplace health.

Complete the survey before 2 November and know that your input can make a difference.
