LBS Middle East Club hosts Concert for a Cause
Join the LBS Middle East Club for an unforgettable cultural and musical experience on Wednesday 7 November at the iconic Queen Elizabeth Hall.
The evening will begin at 7pm with drinks and light bites from renowned Iraqi chef Philip Juma's kitchen, followed by a 75-minute orchestral performance by the London Syrian Ensemble, and a networking reception to close out the night.
The London Syrian Ensemble will showcase some of Syria's most beautiful classical tunes, using both traditional and contemporary instruments. All musicians have either studied or taught at the eminent Damascus Conservatoire, and have come together in the UK after fleeing the war to offer a celebration of Syrian culture through joyous performances.

This event is brought to you in collaboration with the International Rescue Committee and proceeds from ticket sales go towards their education and healthcare relief efforts for Syrian refugees in Jordan and Lebanon.
