Join the Diwali 2016 Organising Committee

LBS India Club is extremely excited about planning the upcoming Diwali Party in the first week of November 2016, and is seeking awesome, enthusiastic and responsible Organising Committee members who can help pull off an amazing event!

Organising Committee roles:

1) VPs for Event, Entertainment and Logistics (2-4 People, open to all LBS Programmes)

The members of this team of the Organising Committee will take the responsibility of putting on the best Diwali Party event in London Business School history! The team members will be responsible for deciding the venue, caterers, DJ and planning/organising other entertainment elements (including some surprises!) that are needed to make the event happen. 

They will also be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the dance performance preparations for all the streams/programmes/groups of the LBS community. 

2) VPs for Marketing, Sponsorship and Sales (2-4 People, open to all LBS Programmes)

The members of this team of the Organising Committee will take responsibility for ensuring the Diwali Party is super successful and viable, and that all members of the London Business School community are aware of this awesome event. The team members will be responsible for marketing the event to all members of the LBS community, designing posters / backdrop etc, planning and sending emailers / social media posts / offline promotions across the LBS campus and during Sundowners etc.  

They will also be responsible for seeking sponsorships from corporates in London, deciding on pricing and conducting ticket sales, and reaching out to groups/organisations outside of LBS who would be interested in attending this event.
