Customising your courses list in Canvas
If you manage more than a few courses in Canvas you might find that your dashboard is starting to look a little messy. To reduce the amount of courses that show on your dashboard, click on ‘Courses’ from the left hand menu > select ‘All Courses’ > and then simply click on the stars next to each course to add them to your dashboard. Those courses without stars will not appear on your dashboard the next time you visit it!

MS Word – How to track changes
Did you know you can track changes within a word document? This tool is handy as it allows you to keep a record of formatting changes, text insertions and deletions, and multiple editors can comment on one document.
To turn on 'track changes' go onto the Review tab, located in the tracking group, click track changes.
To turn off 'track changes' go onto the Review tab and un-highlight track changes. This allows you to revise the document without marking what has already been changed. Turning off tracking changes does remove any changes that have already been tracked.
Once the changes have been made and given back to the user, he/she have access to either accept or reject the changes. This feature is located on the Review tab.
