How to survive sitting at your desk all day
Sitting at a computer for long periods of time can cause neck and shoulder stiffness, and occasionally back pain. The gym has recommended these stretches for you to do throughout the day.
- Press ups x 45 seconds
- Squats x 45 seconds
- Mountain Climbers x 45 seconds
- Lunges x 45 seconds (each leg)
- Crunches x 45 seconds
- Tricep Dips x 45 seconds
- Burpees x 45 seconds
- Plank x 45 seconds
