Childcare and Health and Wellbeing Initiatives
Deadline approaching on Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare
The government has launched a new scheme called Tax-Free Childcare (TFC), but you cannot benefit from the savings from Childcare Vouchers and TFC at the same time.
Many families stand to lose out under TFC and will be better off joining the Childcare Vouchers scheme, which offers savings on childcare costs of up to £933/year, per parent, depending on your circumstance. But time is running out.
Don't miss out on the savings from Childcare Vouchers
- Childcare Vouchers will be closed to new scheme entrants from 6 April 2018
- You need to sign up now in order to be in receipt of your first vouchers before this date. A deduction must be made from your March 2018 Salary to be eligible
- If you're unsure, joing Childcare Vouchers before the deadline to keep your options open. You can join from as little as £1/month
- To enrol, please complete the Salary Sacrifice Agreement form and send it to HRenquires@london.edu.
