Have your New Year resolutions to get fit fallen flat as we go into February?

The Fitness and Wellbeing Centre is offering free one off programmes and health MOTs to help you get back on track and achieve your health goals. The health MOTs include checks on blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol levels, weight and height and waist to hip ratio.
