Do you have what it takes to be a SuperUser? Your department needs you!
SuperUsers across the School are already providing invaluable support to staff with a variety of issues. The role of the SuperUser has been reshaped so that it is now system-specific and recruitment is now open for new Skype for Business (formerly known as Lync) SuperUsers.
We need to recruit 36 SuperUsers from across the School - a breakdown of numbers from each department can be found here. Once confirmed as a Skype for Business SuperUser, you will be trained in the week commencing 24 April.
Responsibilities will include supporting colleagues with queries, attending system meetings, ensuring that your team's preferences are represented when systems change and promoting enagagement with the SuperUser network.
In return you will gain opportunities to expand your own IT skills, be the first to test our new systems and will represent your colleagues views on IT issues to the wider School.
To get involved, read the role description and then make your application here.
If you would like to discuss the role or need more information, please contact the IT training team.
