The President is elected by a simple majority of:

  • The members of the Incoming Executive Committee; and
  • The members of the Executive Committee who were elected during the 2015 Autumn Elections (first year roles and programme reps)
The Incoming President shall have the option of relinquishing his or her original Executive Committee office upon election as President. In this case, the Executive Committee can call for nominations or appoint a student to fill the vacancy.
