connect@LBS - sign-up for managers training
Our new employee and manager self-service system: connect@LBS, will go live for staff and faculty at the end of July. Registration is now open for managers training - book a place to learn about the new system.
Line managers have a crucial role to play in rolling out connect@LBS – both in using the new system and encouraging other team members to get involved.
With this in mind, a series of training and awareness sessions are planned for managers from the end of June to help with the transition to the new system. These interactive sessions are one and a half hours long and will cover all the basics of managing your people, their requests and their availability on the new system, as well as general information on how to use connect@LBS.
These sessions are strongly recommended for all line managers as it will be a great opportunity to learn about a tool that has been built for you. Click here to book a place.
