SchoolDB: please complete new starter, transfer and leaver forms for team changes
As part of a review of SchoolDB records, the IT department has found nearly 600 records for people who are no longer at the School or don't have a continuing association. These records will be suspended later this month and access to the School's IT network removed in order to maintain data security and regularise software licenses.
The team has started to clean up the database, but it's important that staff and faculty update forms are completed each time there's a change within your team. The IT department is currently looking at ways to integrate processes with the Human Resources system but at present the form is the only way to notify them of new starters, transfers and leavers, and to keep SchoolDB records up to date.
If a new member has joined your team either externally or internally from another area, or if someone within your team is leaving the School, please arrange for the form to be filled out and submitted with as much notice as possible.
