Campus Services and Developments over the holiday period
During this festive season, London and Dubai campus opening hours and services will change.
Please refer to the Campus Services A-Z guide for a comprehensive list of services affected.
The School’s last working day will be Friday 22 December.
The School is closed from Saturday 23 December to Monday 1 January.
The offices will re-open on Tuesday 2 January 2018.
The Dubai Centre will be closed on 25 December and 1 January.
The Centre will open at standard office hours. However, with some staff taking leave during this period, there will be a skeleton staff operating.
Campus works during the holiday season
As the term draws to a close, Campus Services and Developments teams will be preparing for a busy period of project work and refurbishment, starting before term ends and continuing through into the New Year.
Laing House is undergoing a refurbishment, and soon the MiM and MFA Programme Offices will be relocating to first floor B Wing. As part of the development, on the first and second floors there will be new connections made between Laing House and A Wing, resulting in two lounge areas. If you are visiting your A Wing office during the closure period, please expect some noisy works while this is carried out.
As a result of Laing House refurbishment, the multi-faith prayer room will be temporarily relocating to House 40-LG01 from Saturday 16 December to Sunday 4 February.
C&D Wing are undergoing more extensive refurbishment works, scheduled to be completed at the end of January. Some walls will be replaced with glass partitions and other sections are being reconfigured. A staggered re-occupancy programme will be rolled out, with HR relocating into the third and part of the second floors, Digital Learning will move back to the second floor and the first floor will be home to the IT and AV teams.
17 and 36 Linhope Street offices are being refurbished to house Executive Education, who will be moving back in early January.
The R1 Lounge will be painted and decorated, and new soft furnishings installed in mid January. Along the corridors leading to LT9 and LT10, all seminar rooms will be undergoing replacement of old air con units. This area will be controlled and closed off to minimise traffic, so where possible please try and use alternative routes if you are here over the closure period.

Message from the Catering Team
We are very pleased to inform you that the catering department will be upgrading to a new events booking system over Christmas period.
Whist this will have little impact on the service we provide you, in order to ensure the process is as seamless as possible we would encourage you to place all catering bookings up until January 15th 2018 by December 18th 2017.
We appreciate your assistance with this matter and hope you all enjoy the festive season.
