Anyone can be a Leader of Change with Emma Fox
“Leaders of Change” is the topic of this year’s SIW - but can each and every one of us actually be the leader of change, despite struggling with our own issues?
As one of the most appreciated speakers at LBS last year, Emma Fox joins us to share her personal story of mental illness and wellness, and her work shaping mental health services in London over the last 6 years.
After being first diagnosed with depression at the age of 18, it took Emma 5 years to complete her 3-year university degree - but she ultimately graduated with the highest grade in her year. It will be a great opportunity to learn how Emma tackled the adversities she faced as a student, as a mother, and as a working professional. In addition, Emma will tell the story about how finding her own voice has been the starting point for leading change in her communities - and we will round off with discussions on how we can apply this to our own lives.
