Ruth’s current role includes the day-to-day support of the Customer Experience Team. She has also been extensively involved in the class list and action learning enhancements on Canvas.

She is a keen baker and is often ‘helped’ by her two children.

Glenn Rayat, Systems Support Administrator
Glenn's responsibilities include administration of key business systems such as Canvas, VLE, Salesforce, Adobe Connect and Qualtrics to name a few. Recently, he's been working closely with Programme Teams in the roll out of their programmes into Canvas.

Prior to joining LBS in April 2015, Glenn taught engineering in a university in the Philippines for eight years and went to Japan to do research on methods to capture the lecturer using a camera and image processing.

Glenn lives in South Buckinghamshire with his wife and son but enjoys commuting to London every day. Outside of work, he's passionate about street and travel photography, cycling and tennis.

Cindy Kossouoh, Systems Administrator

Outside work, Cindy likes listening to classical music, particularly music soundtrack composers such as Michael Nyman, Yann Tiersen and Philip Glass.

Rachel McConnell, Business Analyst
Rachel joined LBS in May 2014. She is an Excel/data geek with keen insight into how our data is created, stored, migrated and how this has changed across time.  As our Microsoft Dynamics CRM expert she works with Exec Ed end-users and across LBS to ensure that new and existing software features support the Open Solutions team to work smarter and leverage data-driven insights. Her goal is to create shared understanding between end users, management, IT and our external suppliers.

When Rachel’s not being a geek she can be found running around Regent’s Park, setting up LBS staff clubs (including the Exec Ed Run Club, Exec Ed Book Club and an Analyst Catch Up), exploring Time Out London or attempting to master a new sport (currently rock climbing).

Rachel leaves the team at the end of January to join Central IT in Business Solutions as an IT Business Analyst. The ExecEd team are very sad about this.

Sinéad is Executive Education’s Business Insights Manager and is responsible for BAU reporting and analytics, custom sales planning, pipeline management, rankings and NPS survey management. Sinéad’s career prior to LBS was in various forms of education including primary school teaching in the Middle East.

She runs a lunch club that’s open to all LBS staff and loves Eva’s LBS lunchtime knitting group.
