Unlocking growth: LBS start-up Pass the Keys secures funding for expansion
Pass the Keys, a fast-growing property tech start-up, recently secured funding from London-based VC, Talis Capital. The funding will support platform improvements and allow them to expand their offering to serve more cities in the UK and internationally.
Founders, Alexander Lyakhotskiy and Zoe Vu, developed Pass the Keys as part of London Business School’s 2016/17 Incubator cohort. The company provides landlords with a hassle-free management solution for short-lets through a scalable tech solution, efficiently managing the short-let value chain.
The London-based company offers Airbnb management services in eight cities across the UK, including revenue management, listing, guest services and cleaning. Their aim is aims to help thousands of property owners access the sharing economy in a convenient and cost efficient way.
CEO Alexander Lyakhotskiy commented: “Property is one of the biggest assets for any family and, through our technology solution, we give property owners the ability to maximize their investments hassle-free. Our key differentiators are our revenue management system, but also our focus on security via rigorous guest vetting and photo inventory checks.”
