School Survey launched at March School Meeting
Thank you to everybody who attended the March School Meeting. Around 300 people were in attendance for the meeting as François formally launched this year’s School Survey.
The School Meeting was centred around exploring our brand personalities: Rigorous, Curious, Open and Inspiring. Katrina MacGregor, Director of Strategy and Thought Leadership introduced the role of brand personalities as human characteristics that we associate with a brand and how consumers experience it, and related this to the four traits of the School’s brand.
Kate Nicholroy, Associate Director Learning and Organisational Development then spoke about how we can match the brand personalities to our own experiences and expectations internally. Kate then introduced this year’s School Survey and its aim of measuring and understanding staff and faculty engagement across the School.
The ultimate objective of the survey is to build the most engaged workplace where everyone is motivated to be their best. This year we will also be using it to explore where we are in terms of our collective understanding of the brand personality traits. Kate also talked through some of the actions that were taken based on the last School Survey.
