LBS Parents and Carers Group
A new confidential support network and discussion forum is now live and available for LBS staff that are juggling caring and work responsibilities.
The LBS Parents and Carers group is open to all LBS staff and aims to provide a community of carers with a support network and discussion forum. The group has been set up to enable staff to share tips, experience and expertise on how best to balance both worlds of caring and working.
There will be monthly lunch meetings for staff to get to know one another, a range of discussion groups, themed seminars and 'lunch and learns', as well as guest slots from HR on relevant issues. There will also be opportunities to learn about the School’s policies and benefits and discuss how LBS can continue to be a family friendly employer.
Future plans include sessions with senior leadership, faculty and external working groups such as Working Parents, Timewise and Flex Appeal.
How can I get involved?
The group is open to all LBS staff.
Molly Rowan (who initiated the group) features in this edition’s ‘Our People’ section of the newsletter and shares more about the group.
You can find out more and get involved by:
