LBS hosts annual International Teachers Programme
In early January, 39 faculty from business schools around the globe attended a week-long faculty development programme, the International Teachers’ Programme (ITP), designed to make good teachers into great teachers.
This year, for the first time since 1998, this long-running programme was hosted at London Business School.
Several London Business School faculty, alongside faculty from other schools, ran sessions on the programme, as did the School’s learning innovation team. The team presented on best practice at the School and showed the participating faculty how to get started with digital innovation in their teaching.
Programme Directors for this year's ITP are LBS' John Mullins and Chris Higson.
Chris Higson said "Hosting this prestigious forum of worldwide faculty here at LBS was a great privilege. The International Teachers Programme gives faculty and educators from around the world an opportunity to share best practice in teaching and learning, and it was very rewarding to engage with so many leaders in their field."
A further module is set to take place at London Business School between 24 and 28 June, with two further modules being hosted by the School in 2020.
